'Power without love is reckless and abusive, and love without power is sentimental and anaemic. Power at its best is love implementing the demands of justice, and justice at its best is power correcting everything that stands against love."

My dear friends,

I believe in Gandhian ideology and Nehruvian secularism.

I believe in “Dharmo rakṣati rakṣitaḥ”.  He who safeguards righteousness, justice, moral order (dharma) is in turn safeguarded from all calamities, internal and external.  This single verse is the foundation of Rajadharma. Rajadharma in today's context declares:  Political power is a sacred trust, not a personal privilege. The ruler who forgets it invites inevitable downfall.  The moment a leader, a party, an institution, or even an ordinary citizen chooses convenience over righteousness, expediency over justice, and victory over truth, the countdown begins. It may take months, years, or decades, but the downfall is inevitable. Dharma is not a sentimental ideal; it is the gravitational force of human society. Defy it, and you will be pulled down—no matter how high you have climbed. So when someone comes to you wrapped in grand promises, draped in the flags of ideology or identity, speaking sweetly of “realism” and “pragmatism,” ask only one question: Does this person, this party, this movement really stand on the side of dharma—of truth, justice, and moral order—or have they already begun bargaining it away for power?

I firmly believe that democracy is not all about casting votes and electing government; Democracy is a spiritual journey where the love is the key; It unlocks the door to ultimate democracy. I am committed to spread love and peace and challenge the politics of hate and violence.

I believe that in the fight against immorality, injustice, and corruption,  we can only  win through thoughts and minds enriched and empowered with truth.  I believe that fighting immorality, injustice, and corruption must be the collective goal of leaders around the world. Leadership should be proven through practice.

We must look deeply into ideologies and understand morality, justice and righteousness only then can we courageously confront immorality, injustice and corruption.  The ideals of mahatma Gandhi which are deeply theistic, or Dr. BR. Ambedkar's ideals of Navayana can guide us in leadership.

If we examine the Panchasheel of the Buddha which are non-theistic in nature, we can learn many profound lessons. His first precept 'Abstain from Torturing Living Beings' reflects 'Respect for Life'. In essence, it means one should not take pleasure in torturing or killing living beings. His second precept 'Abstain from Stealing' reflects 'Respect for Other's Property'. In essence, it means that one should not covet or desire the possessions, pleasures, or wealth of others. His third precept 'Abstain from Sexual Misconduct' reflects 'Respect for Pure Nature'.  It means that one should exercise self-control over physical desires such as selfishness, jealousy, and lust. His fourth precept 'Abstain from Lying' reflects 'Respect for Integrity'. In essence, it means one should not see what should not be seen, hear what should not be heard, speak what should not be spoken, or do what should not be done. His fifth precept 'Abstain from Intoxicants' reflects 'Respect for a Clear Mind'. In essence, it means that one should avoid addictions such as alcohol, smoking, drugs, and other substance or behavioral (process) addictions. Imagine living by the profound moral code of the Buddha himself. Add to it the unshakeable ethical compass of Mahatma Gandhi and the powerful principles of justice and leadership forged by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar especially for those who guide others. If you can follow one, it’s already beautiful. If you can walk the path of two, it becomes extraordinary. And if all three light your way… that would be truly legendary.

Believe that scarcity reflects nature's law; when basic human needs and resources vanish and when the hardship commences illusions fail immediately. Illusions such as democracy, equality and egalitarian society die in an instant and hierarchies comes through. This is why political parties, under the guise of leading a democracy, spend excessively on freebies — to maintain the illusion of democracy and equality.

Along with the Congress Party you will find me involved in various apolitical Gandhian, Ambedkarite, Jana Vignana Vedhika, and NGO networks.  Wherever I am, I will uphold righteousness, justice, moral order and I will continue my work rooted in the principles of love, power, and justice and fight for ultimate democracy and just rights. Because truest code is love.

Jai Congress.
